The dynamic quality of vinyasa flow moving at a slower pace. Mind you: slow does not equal easy! You shift from the big to activating the smaller muscles, finding ones you didn’t even know you had. Yin Yang Yoga
The best of both worlds. Yin Yang blends a more dynamic vinyasa-based sequence (Yang) to strengthen the muscles and warm the body, with slow, softer, deep stretches (Yin) to create flexibility, calm your mind, and balance out the energies. The perfect class to find overall harmony.
