Is this your first time acupuncture in our studio? Then go for the option Acupuncture intake (45min). Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a broad range of medicine practices sharing common concepts which have been developed in China. They are based on a tradition of more than 2000 years, including various forms of herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping, massage (tui na), exercise (qigong), and dietary therapy. Chinese medicine especially excels in treating conditions that are chronic in nature and for which Western medicine sometimes has limited answers. Within Chinese medicine there is a range of applications including acupuncture in the face or ears (auricular) and even electroacupuncture, where a small electrical current is applied to the needles. This method increases results and can restore health and well-being, and is particularly good for pain relief. The therapist also uses Garden After Massage and in some cases the therapist prescribes Chinese medicinal herbs. Chinese Medicine is not only used for recovery but also as prevention against all kinds of ailments. Our TCM specialist Yat-Sen is affiliated with the N.B.C.G.Yi (Nederlandse Beroepsvereniging Chinese Geneeswijzen "Yi") & RBCZ. Do you have additional insurance? Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance: hello@ebbflowstudio.nl / +316 105 796 72. Cancellation 24+hrs in advance is free of charge. To honor the reserved timeslot and time/energy investment of the practitioner and studio, we kindly request a compensatory payment of €40,- in case of a late cancellation or no-show. A late cancellation is a cancellation that happens within 24hrs before the start of a treatment. A no-show is a situation where the client does not show up to the appointment without prior notification. As a gesture of compromise, we do not charge the full invoice, but a reduced fee.
