Transformative Breathwork

Service Description

Sometimes knowing-that and talking-about aren't enough. Breathwork addresses those places where the mind can't go. I facilitate conscious connected breathing sessions that help the body release deeply rooted stress and tension - whether recent or from years long passed. These sessions are supportive for everyone* who's encountered trauma or hardship in their life and is looking for ways to move through, process and integrate the remnants. They are also for those who feel like they are somehow stuck or blocking themselves, ready to take a next step but still lacking the momentum.  ​Together we identify the places where there are physical or energetic blockages in the body. Bring awareness and breath to the parts that need it. I will be right there with you, hold space for anything that comes up - but ultimately you, together with your intelligent body, heal yourself. *Please note that this is not a substitute for therapy. If you need more support, please seek out a/your psychologist or general practitioner. Breathwork can, however, be a beautiful additional tool alongside therapy. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance: hello@ebbflowstudio.nl / +316 105 796 72. Cancellation 24+hrs in advance is free of charge. To honor the reserved timeslot and time/energy investment of the practitioner and studio, we kindly request a compensatory payment of €40,- in case of a late cancellation or no-show. A late cancellation is a cancellation that happens within 24hrs before the start of a treatment. A no-show is a situation where the client does not show up to the appointment without prior notification. As a gesture of compromise, we do not charge the full invoice, but a reduced fee.
