Our Story

Ebb & Flow was founded by Bianca and Rebecca in 2019. Bianca is passion in human form – her long red locks give her away. As a yoga and pilates teacher, music manager & booker and masseuse with golden hands, she is a beacon of strength & light for everyone around her.

Rebecca is a fountain of curiosity with big green eyes that look into the world with endless wonder. She is a yoga teacher, writer, energetic therapist and coach with academic background in psychology, neuroscience and philosophy.

Both of them are wildly excited about creating beautiful, soul-nourishing, uplifting things in and for the world – together with other incredible people who hold the vision high of what is possible when we unite. Below are some of the amazing humans we collaborate with.
