Yoga mats, meditation cushions, bolsters, and blankets are all available in the studio and free of use. Of course, if you prefer to bring your own mat or towel, you are more than welcome to do so.
Always make sure you're wearing comfortable clothing you can freely move in, and a water bottle to replenish and quench your thirst (mostly after: we advise you to drink only small sips (or none) during class! You don't want your tummy to be sloshing while you are still actively moving...).
Keeping the experience of your fellow yogis in mind, we do encourage you to be on time (5-10 minutes before class starts should leave you enough time). During class the studio doors will be locked. Teachers are encouraged to wait a minute or two if someone's still missing from the schedule. Those late are probably the ones who need it most. However... see sentence nr 1 & 2. ;-)
