A private session is perfect if you are just getting started with yoga/Pilates, have specific injuries, or want to deepen and further develop your practice. A one-on-one class is designed to offer you a practice that is specifically adapted to your needs and interests. It invites you to explore what is good & possible for your body; and to become more aware of repetitive and habitual patterns that may cause you discomfort, pain, or imbalance. These one-on-one sessions are a great tool for learning how to navigate and deal with challenging aspects of your life, whether they are related to your family, relationships, career, health or stress levels.

Catered to your needs
Whatever the reason, joining a group class can sometimes feel like too big of a step. For example, you may feel uncertain about your level of practice, or have a specific injury or health problem. Perhaps the group classes are scheduled at an inconvenient time for you, or you simply prefer to practice at your own time and your own pace. A private session is catered to your exact needs. It supports you in developing self-confidence & relaxation in your personal yoga/Pilates practice.
Harmony & Balance
A private session is the perfect tool to restore the harmony in your system: body, mind and spirit. You gain greater awareness of habits and patterns that may be causing you pain, restlessness or other expressions of imbalance in your body and mind; and don't forget this might transfer into your relationships, career, and overall wellbeing.
Private Yoga/Pilates sessions are recommended for people who are struggling with:

Lack of energy
On request, private classes can be shared by a maximum of three people. If you would like to have a private class with more people, please let us know. It’s also possible to have private classes in the comfort of your own home. In this case, an additional fee of €10,- will be charged as travel allowance for the teacher.
1 Session 60 minutes: €70,-
5 Sessions 60 minutes: €320,-
10 Sessions 60 minutes: €600,-
1 Session 90 minutes: €100,-
5 Sessions 90 minutes: €465,-
10 Sessions 90 minutes: €850,-

A booking request needs to be sent to us at least 48 hours before the preferred appointment time. This allows us to find and contact the right teacher, healer or therapist for you.
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before the start. You will be charged in full if cancelled within 24 hours.
Please be on time: we will need to cancel the appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late, because we can't guarantee the quality of the class or treatment in the time that remains.
