We offer a variety of yoga and Pilates classes. Unless otherwise specified, all classes are suitable for every level. Even as a complete beginner you are absolutely welcome to join: you can always adjust to meet your own needs, and the teacher can give you various other options to safely modify your practice to your own level of experience.

Morning Flow

Awaken your body and mind with this rejuvenating, perfect early-bird class. This practice begins with sweet stretches and gentle movements to warm up the body, gradually increasing in intensity as it moves into a flow. You will leave with more energy, the ability to focus better, and breathe more deeply - ready for the rest of the day.


Based on the classical mat series developed by Joseph Pilates. You will learn to strengthen and stabilize, lengthen and relax your muscles - especially core and back - using subtle, targeted movements.

Deep Yin

An invitation to deep relaxation.  In this sweet 90-minute class we dive deep into our tissues, opening pathways in body and mind. This increases the flow of energy and fluids in the body, supporting our overall health. It's the perfect practice to rest and replenish, calming down the nervous system.

Pole dance/fitness

A unique form of exercise that combines dance and acrobatics. Aside from improving upper body and core strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and overall body tone, pole dancing is an amazing and fun way to boost your confidence and body positivity! Currently only offered in the form of a private class.


An energizing, dynamic yoga practice designed to synchronize movement with breath in one smooth, continuous sequence. This class integrates awareness and alignment as well as strength and flexibility, cultivating heat inside the body and stillness in the mind.

Yin Yang Yoga

Yin Yang blends a more dynamic vinyasa-based sequence (Yang) to strengthen the muscles and warm the body, with slow, softer, deep stretches (Yin) to create flexibility, calm your mind, and balance out the energies. The perfect class to find overall harmony.

Pilates Core Flow

A best-of-both-worlds mix between Pilates and yoga that is specifically designed to increase your core strength. Combining the traditional Pilates principles of retraining your posture with a continuous flow of movements, this class will help you develop core stability, strength, stamina, and bodily awareness. 

Yin Yoga

The perfect practice to relax the body, calm down your nervous system, and let the dust in your mind settle. Yin is a slow-paced, meditative practice that uses deep stretches to stimulate relaxation and flexibility. The natural antidote to busy city life. 

Sunday Evening Flow

Breathe and gently flow your way into a moving meditation with this soft, vinyasa-based practice. We invite the restorative, meditative yin qualities of longer holds and deep relaxation to soothe your system. A 'sacred Sunday' class (on any given day) designed for you to restore and unwind.

Gentle Flow

A gentle Vinyasa-based yoga practice with emphasis on relaxation and awareness, breath and alignment. This class moves at a slightly slower pace than your average Vinyasa class. In doing so, it offers plenty of time to unwind, shake off any tension, and get familiar with the yoga poses.
