A Holistic Relaxation Massage is an intuitive massage aimed at both physical and mental relaxation. Contact is made with the muscles, but also with the energy flow of your body. The grips and movements can range from soft to quite deep. The experience is always unique. This massage is given with heated oil and an essential oil suitable for the moment.
